2. Custom Orders

Custom-made products are produced according to the specifications agreed upon with the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements, designs, specifications, and other information provided to us are accurate before production begins.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs or changes to the expected completion time.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are based on the specifications available at the time of quotation and may change if the requirements, dimensions, materials, finishes, or design are changed.

A quotation does not constitute an order until it has been formally accepted and any required deposit or payment has been received. Prices are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated to the customer before an order is confirmed. Where a deposit is required, production may only begin once the required payment has been received.

The balance of any outstanding amount must be settled in accordance with the agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to delay delivery or installation where outstanding payments remain unpaid.

5. Manufacturing & Delivery

We will provide an estimated production and delivery timeframe when your order is confirmed. These timeframes may vary depending on the complexity of the project, availability of materials, manufacturing requirements, delivery arrangements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any significant delays affecting their order.

6. Installation

Where installation services are provided, installation will be carried out according to the agreed scope of work. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation area is accessible and reasonably prepared before installation.

Additional work resulting from unsuitable walls, flooring, structures, measurements, or site conditions may incur additional charges.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery or installation and notify us of any visible defects, damage, or issues as soon as reasonably possible.

Natural variations in timber, wood grain, colour, texture, and other materials are not necessarily considered defects and may form part of the character of the product.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Because many of our products are custom-made or manufactured specifically for individual customers, returns and cancellations may be subject to specific conditions.

Standard products may be eligible for return where agreed and where the product has not been used, modified, damaged, or installed. Custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has commenced.

Customers are responsible for following the recommended care and maintenance instructions provided with their products. Failure to properly maintain or care for a product may affect its appearance, performance, or lifespan.
